1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to our error)
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
- Digital products or services (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp support
- Provide your Order ID and reason for return
- Share photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved:
- We will arrange pickup (if available), or
- You may be required to ship the product to our provided address
4. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (bank details required)
Please note:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Exchange Policy
We offer replacement only in cases of:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact our support team
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
