1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our error)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
  • Digital products or services (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp support
  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Share photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once approved:

  • We will arrange pickup (if available), or
  • You may be required to ship the product to our provided address

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (bank details required)

Please note:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Exchange Policy

We offer replacement only in cases of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank/payment provider
  3. If the issue persists, contact our support team

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days
